POND BAY ROOMS (were Junior Suites), Located on the upper floor of the Mediterranean-style Pond Bay House, each features a bedroom with four-poster bed, bath. sitting area and terrace with ocean views. Each suite reflects a special charm and elegance of its own.

RONDAVELS (were Deluxe Suites and Superior Junior Suites), Located in octagon-shaped buildings, these suites feature wrap around terraces, a bedroom with four-poster bed and bathy with large walk-in shower. Each room is tastefully decorated and reflects an atmosphere of casual elegance.

ONE-BEDROOM SUITES (were Junior Suites & Imperial Suite), Located in the Pond Bay area, these spacious suites offer comfort and privacy. In addition to private patios, each suite has a bedroom with four-poster bed, bath and separate living area with TV and VCR.

COURTYARD SUITES (Deluxe Junior Suites and Superior Junior Suites), Richly appointed, these suites offer sophisticated interiors inspired by color palate of talcum to complement rather than compete with beautiful island setting. Suites have spacious sitting and bedroom areas with four poster bed and views of the Caribbean Sea. The bathrooms are expansive featuring an indoor shower are as well as a private outdoor courtyard with shower and pedestal soaking tub.

HARBOUR HILL VILLAS/HARBOUR VILLAS, Designed with expansive views of the sea and to create an indoor/outdoor living experience, these two and three bedroom villas are the ultimate in luxurious accommodations. Each villa features a large kitchen on the upper level and a living room that opens onto a magnificent terrace. Villas are decorated with the most unique and elegant furnishings and feature cable TV and VCR. Harbor Hill Villas are nestled on the waters edge. Harbor Villas feature their own plunge pool. PRIVATE HOMES, The one-to-six-bedroom villas, varying in location, view and decor, were created for the most discerning travelers. DINING VERANDAH BEACH RESTAURANT, For breakfast and lunch, casual light fare dinners and sunset cocktails, guests can enjoy ocean views at the open-air Verandah Beach Restaurant. ESTATE HOUSE, Jumby Bay’s signature restaurant located in a 230-year old English plantation manor. Imaginative dishes reflect the popular cuisine of Europe, America and the Caribbean. The Estate House Bar and the Verandah Beach Restaurant offer an ideal spot for evening cocktails. Room service for continental breakfast is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Gentlemen are expected to wear shorts and shirts at breakfast and lunch and long trousers and shirts at dinner time. No jackets or ties are required. Shorts are acceptable on Barbecue night. Ladies may dress casually but bathing suits are discouraged during meal times.
